I thought I’d drop you a line and show you a great old Broilmaster.
I bought this old Broilmaster G4 back in 1980.
I just rebuilt it for my daughter who just bought a house and needed a barbecue.
It’s nice to buy quality and still be able to buy the parts for it after 29 years.
I had it sand blasted on the inside.
Those shelves are the originals made from cedar and are stained in redwood like they were when new.

Dear Patrick,

As we were just watching television in our family room last night, my wife commented how nice it was to use the fireplace again and how much she enjoyed it.

If I wasn't at home, the family would never use the fireplace, but now it is so easy to turn on the switch and we have a beautiful fire that actually warms the room and doesn't cause the furnace to kick on!

The primary reason we had stopped using our fireplace was it seemed like all the heat in our house was going up the fireplace and we never seemed to get warm from the fire.

The vented gas fireplace insert means there is no need to gather wood from the woodpile, no smoke smell in the house and lower heating bills.

All the benefits that you discussed with me in your showroom was right on, including your installers, who showed up at the appointed time, were very thorough, professional and courteous.

Dear Ed,

I thought I would send you our annual Christmas picture with our installed Leyden stove in it. I made a few mini/rookie mistakes on my first few burns but am now a "master-burner". It is quite impressive how it even heats the rest of our home. Also, I not only "Love Life" and try to "Live Large" but love the top loading feature.

WOW! All I can say is I'm impressed. We bought a Broilmaster gas grill from your company in 1972. We have purchased many things from you over the past 30 years and even replaced gas grill parts from you too. My husband used to take care of the grill but since he passed away almost 10 years ago, it has been neglected and unmaintained. My children wanted to buy me a new gas grill for Christmas from the local hardware store, but I did not want to be bothered by having to get an LP tank refilled all the time. I have been used to my natural gas grill for 35 years.

That brings me to my point. I did not want to change grills. I came in to Hearth & Home and it was suggested that I have a service technician come out to fix up my old grill. You knew what I had, you had all the parts in stock, you fixed my grill and it works like a brand new grill. Instead of buying me a new grill for Christmas, my children paid to have the old one fixed up. They thought I was crazy. When they came over for Christmas, they saw how great it looked and they were impressed too. I cooked a turkey on the "indirect method" and it turned out perfect. It was a great Christmas and that was the best present I could have ever asked for.

I am writing to tell you how happy I am with our new Lopi stove. My only regret - waiting this long to have it installed!

Our house is on the small side, so I was concerned the stove would take over the whole living room. However, the model you recommended fits into the space perfectly. My new favorite activity - sittting on my sofa with a cup of hot cocoa, watching the flickering flames. Heaven....

The best part - since our heat register is in the same room as the stove, we've noticed our heater does not kick on nearly as often as it used to. It's too soon to know if we'll experience a reduction in our heating bill but I image we will (we've only had the stove a few weeks).

“We needed to replace our old gas grill. Naturally, we headed back to Hearth & Home. We were thoroughly enlightened as to the products available and the searing feature of the Solaire line. We took home brochures and considered the purchase. We stopped by another dealer who also carried Solaire and heard more praise for this product. We soon decided to buy the grill from Hearth & Home. Their installer was out the next week. After his patience in making sure all was installed properly and removing the old grill he stayed to explain the functions of grilling in this new way: infra-red for searing and convection for less heat. We did love the rotisserie chicken, our first grilling attempt; it was so delicious that we haven’t stopped at the grocery store since to purchase their dried out selections.
