Thanks too for staying so persistent with the molding to fix the bottom of the mantel. Tell the guys who fixed the fireplace surround they did a terrific job - the final fix is terrific and looks like it was always intended to be that way.

WOW! All I can say is I'm impressed. We bought a Broilmaster gas grill from your company in 1972. We have purchased many things from you over the past 30 years and even replaced gas grill parts from you too. My husband used to take care of the grill but since he passed away almost 10 years ago, it has been neglected and unmaintained. My children wanted to buy me a new gas grill for Christmas from the local hardware store, but I did not want to be bothered by having to get an LP tank refilled all the time. I have been used to my natural gas grill for 35 years.

That brings me to my point. I did not want to change grills. I came in to Hearth & Home and it was suggested that I have a service technician come out to fix up my old grill. You knew what I had, you had all the parts in stock, you fixed my grill and it works like a brand new grill. Instead of buying me a new grill for Christmas, my children paid to have the old one fixed up. They thought I was crazy. When they came over for Christmas, they saw how great it looked and they were impressed too. I cooked a turkey on the "indirect method" and it turned out perfect. It was a great Christmas and that was the best present I could have ever asked for.

I recently purchased a fireplace insert with the Black Arch face from you and wanted to tell you how happy I am with my purchase. The insert was installed on November 2, and we have been enjoying it ever since.

I also want to thank you for the wonderful service you have provided.
From start to finish, this has been the most painless and the most rewarding home improvement project I have completed; and there have been many in the eighteen years that I have owned my home. From the initial showroom visit with Jessica, the site inspection with Randy, the phone calls with Ed, through the installation with Jeff and George, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and highly competent. Even the masonry contractor you recommended, Jason from Awesome Design, was a pleasure to work with and did excellent work.

It is so rare in this day and age to find a company that knows how to provide real customer service. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for fireplace expertise. It has been such a pleasure doing business with you. All I can say is keep up the good work!

I am writing to tell you how happy I am with our new Lopi stove. My only regret - waiting this long to have it installed!

Our house is on the small side, so I was concerned the stove would take over the whole living room. However, the model you recommended fits into the space perfectly. My new favorite activity - sittting on my sofa with a cup of hot cocoa, watching the flickering flames. Heaven....

The best part - since our heat register is in the same room as the stove, we've noticed our heater does not kick on nearly as often as it used to. It's too soon to know if we'll experience a reduction in our heating bill but I image we will (we've only had the stove a few weeks).

Thanks to you and your staff for helping us through this process. From start to finish, it's been a pleasure!

We are extremely pleased with the Fireplace Xtrordinair gas fireplace insert that Hearth & Home installed at our Deerfield residence yesterday. Your terrific installation team (Peter O’Donnell. and Dick V.) did a truly outstanding, highly-professional, first-rate job. They deftly resolved the challenging gas and electrical issues associated with this project, and I was unexpectedly surprised at how inconspicuous they made the exterior gas and electrical connections on the existing chimney. Further, they did a great job of cleaning up all areas where they performed the work. In short, we could not be more pleased with this project, including in particular the great spade work done by Ed Schappert, who was extremely knowledgeable in reviewing with us the product, accessories, installation issues, pricing, and related matters. In short, your whole team was great! Thanks again. (Since you have this down to a fine science, perhaps you should consider franchising your business!)

“We needed to replace our old gas grill. Naturally, we headed back to Hearth & Home. We were thoroughly enlightened as to the products available and the searing feature of the Solaire line. We took home brochures and considered the purchase. We stopped by another dealer who also carried Solaire and heard more praise for this product. We soon decided to buy the grill from Hearth & Home. Their installer was out the next week. After his patience in making sure all was installed properly and removing the old grill he stayed to explain the functions of grilling in this new way: infra-red for searing and convection for less heat. We did love the rotisserie chicken, our first grilling attempt; it was so delicious that we haven’t stopped at the grocery store since to purchase their dried out selections.

Customer service is almost extinct and we are so happy we returned to Hearth & Home for this purchase. Our grill is being used more than my kitchen appliances and it was a ‘Great Decision’. Yes, we both agree!”
