Clydesdale Wood Insert by Hearthstone

The Clydesdale fireplace wood-fired insert produces a combination of both power and beauty with a 2.4 cubic foot firebox that can heat up to 2,000 square feet. The thick soapstone panels that line the inside of the firebox give the Clydesdale the thermal mass that separates HearthStone stoves from other products. The combination of cast iron and soapstone will add several hours of heat life to the already strong burn time of up to 10 hours.

The unit includes bay “windows” which are actually side convection chambers to help air circulate in the firebox and return to the room heated and a silent but powerful blower create superior air flow.

Rainier™ Wood Insert/Stove by Avalon
The elegant design of the Rainier™ and as well as its sophisticated design make it one of the most efficient medium-size stoves on the market. The Rainier™ is also incredibly easy to maintain and operate, with a single air control to adjust heat output. The insert is approved for masonry and ZC fireplaces and can also be converted to a freestanding wood stove with optional pedestal or leg kits. The Rainier is also available in either a 45 degree or 90 degree flue to allow for maximum flexibility during installation.

This unit is capable of an estimated 50,000 BTU/hr, but actual heat production is dependent on the quality of the wood used and performance of the actual fireplace.
