NEW Infrared Technology

Saber infrared grills use advanced technology that will allow you to sear a steak to perfection while also cooking shrimp or vegetables at a lower temperature with the independent control burners. The patented infrared cooking system directs airflow away from the cooking surface, locking in the food's natural moisture for juicier results.

Flair-ups are also a thing of the past with Saber's unique cooking grate and IR emitter designs which vaporize any drippings and adds natural smoke flavor to your food. By not allowing liquids and debris to reach the burner, maintenance and clean-up are much easier.
